Night City Workshop 1.0.0 — Iconic weapon upgrades

Requires purchased Offset 0.1.3 or later for Windows, and Cyberpunk 2077
Steam Windows x64 build 26161058 / 2.5. Phantom Liberty was installed during
qualification. Other builds, stores and operating systems are unverified.
This is an Offset table/panel pack with its matching native companion.
There is no standalone application, installer or controller.

1. Keep a backup of the save you want to preserve. Close other versions of
this companion. Start a fresh game process when changing pack versions.
2. In Offset, open 01-Upgrade-Cost.panel.json and attach Cyberpunk2077.exe.
In Code → DLLs, select OffsetCyberpunkWorkshop.dll and explicitly Load it
once. Reconcile an unknown load; never blindly retry it. Import itself
does not attach, load a DLL, execute scripts or activate holds.
3. Choose Enable game-thread dispatch. Load a save normally, leave gameplay
menus, then choose Inspect current player. Wait for completion and no error.
4. Choose Select upgrade cost, then Preview selected player stat. Confirm
the name and native value, then Apply selected player modifier. Native
UpgradingCostReduction should read 1 with one owned modifier. This only
changes the ingredient cost used for weapon upgrading.
5. Open 02-Iconic-Upgrades.panel.json. Read owned inventory, choose Upgrade
Index and Preview. Confirm the weapon, tier and zero required cost.
Upgrade once advances the selected eligible iconic instance by one step.
The eligible-owned maximum action processes the captured owned inventory.
Wait for Job Busy 0 and inspect Job Changed, Partial and Message. The
action preserves native eligibility and maximum-tier rules.
6. Stop effects / retire receipts removes the owned cost modifier. Inspect
the player and Preview the cost again to verify native 0 and owned 0.
Close and reopen the game's upgrade menu to refresh its displayed price.
Stop does not undo completed upgrades. Save normally to keep them.

On any unknown request, error, partial result or Upgrade Uncertain value,
stop issuing upgrades. Do not replay the request. Inspect the normal game
inventory and return to a known save in a fresh process if necessary.
An old-world modifier removal can remain unverified across save loading;
Cleanup Unverified reports that separately. Inspect again after loading.
Load this matching companion once after each new game process starts.

Verified scope: customer Offset 0.1.3 GUI, 103 inventory rows, three eligible
iconic instances (Sihil, Black Unicorn, Chaos), 17 confirmed increments with
unchanged exact ingredient counts and no material grant. All three showed
Tier 5++ and damage 148/148/49; those displays survived a normal save and a
fresh game process without the companion. Actual combat damage was not
measured. Other iconic instances have not been individually qualified.

Limits: iconic weapons only. Non-iconic weapons, cyberware, actual crafting,
new item grants, vehicle spawning, NPC skins, chaos and adult appearance or
interior controls are outside this release. The comprehensive pack remains
in development. Work is bounded at 4096 inventory entries, 256 eligible
instances, 16 increments per instance and the native job's 30-second deadline.
A partial job can leave completed permanent upgrades in the current save.

table.json contains the same guarded entries for advanced Offset use.
Entry values are not commands to run outside Offset. No imported code runs.
Keep the table, panels and DLL together; do not mix development candidates.
SHA256SUMS.txt covers the payload. Third-party notices accompany the DLL.
