Supplier

Offset is supplied by Dwayne Charrington. The Lemon Squeezy store uses the Beggars Apps brand. Contact hello@rawoffset.com about the software, activation or support. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases through its checkout; its buyer terms also apply to that transaction.

Purchase

Offset costs US$69, paid once. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The licence does not expire and includes lifetime use of Offset and all future updates released for Offset, without another licence fee. There is no subscription. Future updates do not promise a release schedule or make unfinished roadmap features part of the current product.

The purchaser receives a non-exclusive licence to install and use the desktop app for personal or business work on up to five active devices. The purchase does not transfer ownership of Offset or include its desktop source code. Do not share or resell the desktop app or activation key, except where separately permitted in writing or required by law.

Devices

One key covers five active devices. Deactivate a device in Offset to free its slot before moving to another machine. Keep the key available for reactivation. Forgetting a local record alone does not release a server activation. Contact support if a lost or inaccessible device prevents you from using an available slot.

Activation

An internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic licence checks. Offset stores the activation in macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager. A successful validation can be reused for 24 hours; after that, a transient connection or service failure can use the protected cached grant for up to 30 days from the last successful validation. A key rejected by the licensing service does not receive that offline allowance.

The desktop app and console exporter require activation. Recipients of an exported control panel do not need an Offset licence to run that panel. Once a work session has started, a failed recheck or deactivation leaves that session available to finish and save; the next launch requires a valid entitlement.

Exports

You retain ownership of your original tables, labels and other content. You can share or sell the standalone control panels you build with Offset, including game mods, subject to any rights held by the target game's publisher or other third parties.

Editable projects include the Offset-authored engine subset, panel renderer and generated app source needed to rebuild that panel. Those exported sources carry the MIT licence supplied in the project. You and your recipients can edit, rebuild and redistribute them under that licence. Preserve its copyright and permission notice and the applicable third-party notices when distributing source or compiled panels. Third-party dependencies retain their own licences.

This export permission does not include Offset's desktop workbench, activation system, branding assets or private repository. Sharing an exported control panel does not grant permission to distribute Offset itself or its activation keys.

Compatibility

Check the requirements, available builds and known limits published with the product before buying. The licence covers the features actually supplied, including their stated platform limits. It does not promise compatibility with every game, runtime, process or future operating-system version.

Process access depends on the operating system and target permissions. Target updates can invalidate addresses, tables or panels. Editing a running process can change or lose its data; keep backups where relevant and test your changes. You are responsible for having permission to inspect or modify the software you target. Offset does not grant rights in that software.

Refunds

Email hello@rawoffset.com with your order number, purchase email address and a description of the problem. Voluntary refund requests are reviewed case by case, with no fixed voluntary refund window. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy through the help link on your receipt. Lemon Squeezy retains its own refund discretion under its transaction terms and refund policy.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory consumer right or remedy. In particular, Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply where the law requires them; a case-by-case voluntary policy does not remove a right to repair, replacement or refund for a qualifying problem. Other local consumer rights may also apply.

Support

Contact hello@rawoffset.com for installation, licensing and reproducible app bugs. Include your operating system, Offset version and the steps that reproduce a problem. Do not send your activation key, passwords or private target data. Support has no guaranteed response time. Custom table development, game-specific compatibility work and help modifying third-party software are not included in the purchase.
